Our club

A German home in the
heart of the Inner West

Since 1883, the Concordia Club has been a gathering place for Sydney's German community — and today it welcomes everyone through its doors at Mackey Park. Come for a schnitzel and a stein, stay for the live music, the choir, and a room full of regulars who feel like family.

Under one roof you'll find a traditional bistro, a proper German bar, a function hall for celebrations, and long-running sub-groups like the Concordia Choir. It's history you can taste — and a community you can join.

a living community

The Club is home to sub-groups that keep German culture alive in Sydney. The best known is the Concordia Choir, rehearsing at the Club for decades — some members have sung together for 25 years and more.
